There are two types of conversion methods available: the "manual input method," where an operator listens to the audio and types the text, and the "speech recognition method," where AI automatically converts the audio to text. Even if the voice of the other party cannot be heard, the content can be confirmed in text, allowing for a conversation over the phone.
